ABOUT

EmancipatED is an educational and community-building organization for Black children and families, rooted in the history of Black ancestral resistance and free rebel movements, especially as it applies to American history.

EmancipatED’s first products are focused on educating Black families of the little-known history of Maroon communities.

Beautifully illustrated flashcards and a curriculum guide were created by the founder as educational resources to support this learning. We were hired to design the mailer box in which the products would be shipped to customers, the book cover for the curriculum guide, the tin package design for the flashcards, and lead magnets for digital marketing.
